Privacy notice

This site is a play-money demo and has no named operator yet. This notice describes what the software keeps about a player; the operator must add their details before real money is used.

Who is responsible

The operator of this site decides how your personal data is used. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or a closure yourself under Account, Privacy.

What we keep

Account: your name, email, date of birth, currency, the country your network connection appears to be in when you join, and a one-way scrypt hash of your password (never the password itself). Your sign-up consents are kept with the version of the text you saw.
Play: your bets, casino rounds (with the seeds that make them provably fair, including the client seed you choose), wallet transactions, limits and breaks, bonuses, and who referred you or whom you referred.
Money out: the phone or account number you give for a withdrawal, stored encrypted and shown masked everywhere except to the person who pays you.
Identity checks: if you verify your identity, the details and documents you send, who decided, the result and its dates.
Devices and security: the browser and system of each device you are signed in on (so you can recognise and sign out devices), whether a sign-in used a second step, and one-way keyed fingerprints of your network address and device. We use the fingerprints to notice duplicate accounts and new devices; your account holds the fingerprint, not the address. Our servers also keep technical logs of requests, which include network addresses, to keep the site secure and to fix faults.
Messages: the emails we send you about your account, and a record of each (its type and time). You choose separately whether you also get offers and news.
What happened on your account: a log of actions (sign-ins, changes to limits, withdrawals, requests about your data) made of identifiers and codes, not names or email addresses.

Why we use it

To open and run your account, take your bets and pay you.
To keep play fair and safe: your limits, breaks and reality checks, and checks that you are old enough.
To prevent fraud, duplicate accounts and abuse of offers, and to keep the site secure.
To meet the duties of a licensed operator, such as verifying who you are and keeping records.
To send offers and news only if you ticked that box. You can switch it off at any time under Account, Privacy.

We do not sell your data.

Who receives it

Companies that run parts of the site for us, depending on how it is set up: payment services for deposits and payouts, an identity-verification service, an email delivery service, and hosting and database services. They may use your data only to do that work for us.
Regulators, courts, the police and other authorities, when the law requires or allows it.

How long we keep it

Your name, email, date of birth, devices and codes: until you close your account and the 14 days cooling-off period after it ends. Then they are erased and the account becomes a numbered record with no name.
Money, bets, casino rounds, payouts, identity-check results and what you agreed to: 7 years after your account closes, linked only to that number, then deleted. We keep them because we are asked to keep records of money and play.
Requests about your data and our answers: 7 years after we answer.
A copy of your data that you ask for: 7 days, and it can be downloaded once.
Sign-in records and one-time links: removed soon after they expire.
The log of actions on an account: it holds identifiers and codes only, and no deletion date is set for it yet.
If the law or a case requires us to keep records for longer, we place a hold on that account and delete nothing until it ends.

Your rights

A copy of your data: ask under Account, Privacy. You confirm it is you, and we prepare one file you can download.
Correction, objection and limits: send a request from the same page; we aim to answer within 30 days. A person reads it and gives you a reason with the answer.
Offers and news: switch them off at any time on the same page.
Closing your account and erasing your data: close it from the same page once your balance is withdrawn and nothing is pending. Records we must keep stay, without your name, for the period above.
Changes to this notice: when it changes in a way that matters you will be asked to accept the new version before you bet or deposit.

Cookies and storage

We set no advertising or tracking cookies and use no analytics.

Sign-in cookie (essential): keeps you signed in. It cannot be read by scripts on the page.
Language cookies: remember the language you chose, or the one we guessed from your time zone, for up to a year.
Your browser’s storage: your display choices (theme, odds format, currency), your bet slip and a few interface settings stay in your browser and are not sent to us until you place a bet.
Video: an embedded video player loads only after you press play, and tells you first that its provider may set its own cookies.
